How does the Crew trial work?
The Crew trial has 5 seats including the owner for 5 days. When you buy Crew in Billing, choose monthly or annual billing and 1–99 paid seats covering everyone using a seat, including yourself. That paid capacity becomes available after the first successful payment.
Payment ends the trial immediately and charges the first month or year, plus applicable tax. If you do not purchase, the trial ends with no automatic charge.
What does Crew cost?
Monthly Crew is US$17.99 per seat/month. Annual Crew is US$183.48 per seat/year, equivalent to US$15.29 per seat/month. Both prices are before applicable tax.
Choose monthly or annual billing in the app when purchasing Crew. Annual billing saves approximately 15% compared with 12 monthly payments.
Who uses a paid seat?
Each person with app access uses one seat, including the owner. Dashboard access for that same person consumes no extra seat. Records-only people are free and unlimited and cannot sign in.
How do adding and removing seats work?
The trial includes 5 seats. After purchasing Crew, buy additional capacity in Billing before granting access beyond your paid seats. Additional seats are prorated for the remaining current billing term.
Removing someone’s access frees capacity for another person; it does not reduce the bill. To lower the paid seat count, schedule a reduction in Billing for renewal. Seats scheduled for removal remain usable until then.
What currency will I be charged in?
New plans are charged in USD. Your bank or card provider may convert the charge and apply fees.
How do cancellation and billing term changes work?
Cancel in Billing to stop renewal. Paid access continues until your paid-through date, and you can resume before expiry. Switching an existing paid subscription between monthly and annual billing takes effect at the end of the current paid term, with no charge or refund when scheduling the switch.
